Fall is in the air and Halloween is quickly approaching!

Here are the Halloween activities that will be taking place at the library in the next few weeks!

Friday Family Films: Hôtel Transylvanie

Friday, October 19 from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. - for the whole family

Dracula, who operates a high-end resort away from the human world, goes into overprotective mode when a boy discovers the resort and falls for the count's teenage daughter.

Presented in French, with English sub-titles. Popcorn will be served.

Storycrafts: Costume Party

Saturday, October 20 from 10:30 to 11:30 a.m. - ages 3-8.
Listen to some Halloween stories then make a spooky craft. You are welcome to come in costume!
Registration and valid library card required.

Halloween Scavenger Hunt: Monsters on Parade!

Friday, October 26 from 6 to 8 p.m. - for the whole family

Monsters have invaded the library, looking for Halloween treats! Monsters aren’t very smart, so we have created some riddles to confuse the monsters and help you beat them to the treats. Come in costume if you don’t want the monsters to recognize you!

Halloween Candy Contest !

Come to the circulation desk to see this jar and guess how many individually wrapped packages of candy are in it. The person with the exact or closest guess wins the entire jar of candy! 

The winner will be announced on October 31!
