THE GIFT OF READING: Donate a new book to an underprivileged child

In November and December, the Beaconsfield Library is participating in the GIFT OF READING program, an initiative run by the Literacy Foundation.

To participate, please buy a new children’s book (ages 0-12). Bring it to the circulation desk at the library, where you will receive a donation kit.

You can then place the book in the collection box. The books will be distributed to underprivileged children in May 2015.
