Play With... the Natural World!

It's nature week at the library! On the agenda: activities about waste reduction, birds, fossils, and rug hooking. 

There are still a few spots open for the following workshops:

• Trash Treasure Hunt (7-12 years): Tuesday, July 14 from 11 a.m. to noon
• Backyard Birds with nature craft (3-6 years): Wednesday, July 15 from 10:30 to 11:30 a.m.
• The Art of Rug Hooking (8-14 years): Wednesday July 15 AND Wednesday July 22 from 2:30 to 5 p.m.
• Rocks, Geodes and Fossils (7-12 years): Thursday, July 16 from 2 to 3:30 p.m.
• Ready, Set, Board Games! (10-17 years): Friday, July 17 from 7 to 8:30 p.m. ACTIVITY CANCELLED

 There is a $2 reservation fee for each activity. Please register at the library if you would like to participate! Please see the calendar at right for activity descriptions.

Reminder: don’t forget to bring your reading log to the library every time you come! We do a prize draw each Monday morning.
