This summer we had a blast at the library; we're sad to see it end.
Here are a few stats:
- We had over 50 activities.
- Participants read for a collective 3 140 hours.
- We awarded our readers with reading certificates, gift certificates, museum passes, and one lucky reader walked away with a bright red iPod Touch.
Our closing party was held on the evening of Wednesday, August 12, at the Recreational Centre. Among the 85 participants were mayor Georges Bourelle and Member of Parliament for Lac-Saint-Louis, Mr. Francis Scarpaleggia. A big thank you goes to M. Pierre Duhaime, who amazed and delighted with his circus act.
